As the COVID-19 crisis has affected all of us, we want to reassure you that we will continue to provide our essential services to protect your home and business without interruption. Pest activity doesn’t stop during this time. We remain committed to responding to the needs of our customers.
We are closely monitoring and following the guidelines of our State and of the local counties we serve. They have expressly named us as one of the “Essential Businesses, that protects public health, food and property.”
During this time of heightened concern, it is important to remember that, our services are typically performed on the outside of your property without entry or human contact. Our technicians will knock to announce themselves and then provide the service, leaving you a notice of the work performed on your front door before they leave. If entry to your home/business is required or requested, it can be done with limited human contact. Our technicians always wear disposable personal protective equipment which will include; gloves, shoe covers, eye protection and respirator. In addition, we have provided them with disinfecting items to keep in their trucks.
Our office remains open during our regular hours, with our staff working remotely from their homes. Texting us (714) 528-2847 is the preferred method as the staff can instantly respond to you. Phone calls will also be answered and messages returned in the same business day.
We have postponed all of our weekly staff training meetings and abide by the social distancing guidelines, instructing our staff to stay a safe distance from each other. Our staff has been advised to remain at home if they are feeling ill or may have come into contact with someone who has been exposed.
